VYN is the Guide Michelin two starred restaurant and the new venture of star chef Daniel Berlin, who also previously ran the awarded Daniel Berlin Krog.
The restaurant is located on an old farm picturesque Österlen region.
The ambition is to create an experience that offers seasonal food based on Scanian and Scandinavian roots aswell as the local flora and fauna around it, with local ingredients such as game, fish and shellfish. They also have a broad wine list with a good mix ofolder vintages and new producers.
The design of restaurants alsofollows the Nordic design language, with many beautiful unique details butwhere the focus has also been placed on preserving the feel of the oldbuildings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerated counters heated counters, wine storage, etc. Finished in a matte black shade and completely customized in design and dimensions to blend in with the beautiful environment.
