The photo is from the recently starred chef Tommy Myllymäki's incredibly beautiful restaurant AIRA on Biskopsudden Stockholm. The gastronomic experience at AIRA is focused on nordic produce, using traditional cooking techniques. The culinary team’s goal is to always evolve and create an engaging dining experience by using flavor profiles from all around the world. The wine list offers a vast range of options to reflect the global inspiration of the cuisine. The wines are kept perfectly cold in custom built wine displays from Haglund Industri clad i brass and others in matt grey-black finish both floor and under-counder models all with custom adapted handles.
