Restaurant Allegrine is owned and operated by Danyel Couet and Sebastian H Thuresson.
It serves classic French cuisine inspired by Danyel´s grandmother's cooking, with ingredients such as thyme, garlic, aromatic spices, onions, lentils, asparagus and dishes such as lobster veal and calamari.
Here, meat and wine are kept perfectly tempered in a custom built meat & wine display from Haglund Industri.
