The kitchen is equipped with refrigerated furniture from Haglund Industri such as under-counters, cupboards, plate warmer as well as a custom made fish display and a completely unique architect-designed wine display in a black shade with leather-wrapped handles, and handmade internal wooden racks to hold the wines.
