SOLEN (”the sun”) is the new venture in by the chef duo Adam Dahlberg and Albin Wessman, who previously holds star in the Guide Michelin for their restaurant Adam/Albin.

SOLEN is the chef duo's interpretation of a messy and familiar volume restaurant in Los Angeles. The menu consists of what they call "the food of the sun", a collection of the best dishes they have been inspired by from many trips south.

SOLEN will serve different types of small dishes and spreads to share, wood-fired pizza, hand-made pasta, tenderized meat, etc.

The drinks menu offers cocktails from the bar, inspired by sun-drenched regions, as well as wines from the own extensive wine cellar.

The photos show custom-made wine displays positioned in a semi circle, also meat displays and refrigerated counters in both the front of house and inside the kitchen, all made of stainless steel to blend into the relaxed architecture, where also SOLEN (”the sun”) has a key element due to the 13 meter ceiling height which give a generous flow of natural light in the facility.
