Gastrotek Zink is a living neighborhood restaurant with focus on the food and community around the table.
The menu's inspiration has been taken from the Basque Country in Spain, the hills of Tuscany, Provence food culture and the coasts of San Francisco. The menu is updated according to season and availability.
A lot of green is served here, the meat comes almost exclusively from Swedish meat farmers and charcuterie are carefully selected from farms in Spain, Italy and France.
The photo shows our refrigerated under-counters clad in light wood and also wall-mounted refrigerated displays for meat and charcuterie tastefully cladded in dark wood.
