Thora Vineyard is a familyowned/operated vineyard outside Torekov founded in 2014 and today produces carefully selected Pinot Noir clones, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier among other wines. In connection to the vineyard one can also find the beautiful restaurant Flora.
The food philosophy at Flora is, "locally sourced cuisine", based on using seasonal ingredients and in close collaboration with local farmers and producers. This approach makes it possible to create dishes that harmonize beautifully with Thora Vineyard's own wines, providing a uniquely memorable culinary experience.
The local wines are kept in perfect temperature in Haglund Industri wine displays, finished in stainless steel to match the light and clean Nordic interior, besides wine displays the kitchen is also fully equipped with refrigerated furniture such as counters, cabinets and more.
