Chez Jolie means "At Jolie" and behind the French-inspired bistro are Mikael Einarsson and Stureplansgruppen.
The cooking is inspired by both rural rustic French food as well as luxurious metropolitan bistros.
At Chez Jolie, unique ingredients are selected. Sometimes the raw materials are allowed to speak their unique clear language and sometimes enhanced by the solid craftsmanship of the chefs.
The wine list focuses on high quality French wines, where we delve deep into the classic regions.
Adjacent to the restaurant is also the wine bar La Petite Soeur, which with a dynamic wine list and inviting atmosphere is the perfect place for a light dinner or a glass of wine.
Here you will find custom-built refrigerated furniture from Haglund Industri, including wine displays in a black-red shade with solid brass handles. In the wine bar there are wine displays in black finish with glass shelves and special under-lighting to high-light the bottles. In the cellar one can find beautiful a Chambre Séparée with wall of wine displays tastefully covered in wood to match the interior. The bar house custom bar counters in specially bronze coloured stainless-steel and have tops in beautiful Italian marble
