The photo is from the beautiful Italian restaurant Tavolo in Gothenburg Sweden. Tavolo is housed in the old artillery stables used by the military back in the days.
The food inspiration is taken from all regions in Italy, from where raw materials such as cheeses, tomatoes, charcuterie and olive oils have also been brought home. The dishes are also complemented with well-selected ingredients from Sweden, all with an organic mindset.
The Italian wines are kept perfectly cooled and beautifully presented in stainless steel wine displays from Haglund Industri which blend in perfectly with the rest of the interior.
