Hooks Herrgård

Hok

Sometime in the 14th century, the first sod was broken to build Hooks Herrgård and even today the manor attracts visitors from far and wide for a stay in the hote with spa, a round of golf or just a visit to the restaurant.

The wine displays and the back wall in the photo are designed by architect Per Öberg and produced by Haglund Industri. The lower part of the displays are covered with a specially made braided brass grate and they are also finished in a special black color to give an impression of a forged look all to fit in with the historic environment. Through the back wall, you can also see straight into the kitchen for an elevated guest experience.

The glass part and the top of the wine displays were a tasteful way of preserving the possibility of seeing the old ceiling painting without covering it.
