Conditori Nordpolen is a classic patisserie dating from 1903 when the sisters Alma and Alvida Jansson started the patisserie.
When the sisters Alma and Alvida started their patisserie, they remembered the explorer Andrée's visit to Vara in 1894.
By 1903, the Andrée expedition to the North Pole was still missing and they decided to honor Andrée's memory by calling the patisserie "North Pole".
At Conditori Nordpolen you can enjoy pastries, sandwiches, wheat bread andcookies, among other things.
The photos shows specially adapted refrigerated displays from Haglund Industri, all clad in natural brass, with white marble interior and tastefully covered with custom carpentry.
