Cederleüfs & Svenheimers is a family owned bakery and patisserie in the third generation. Here you can find everything from cakes, pastries, coffee bread and stone oven baked bread to sandwich cakes, sandwiches and salads. Here, high quality and environmental thinking are valued, therefore everything is baked from scratch with high level of craftsmanship and locally produced ingredients as far as possible.
Cederleüfs& Svenheimers are included in the guide "Sweden's best patisseries & cafes" and has received the prize for Gothenburg's best semla (a Swedish type of sweet roll) and won as recent as 2023.
The cold is kept by products from Haglund Industri. Here there are specially adapted refrigerated displays clad in brass with Italian marble on the inside, tastefully integrated into the interior. Refrigerated under-counters behind with a prep fridge and cooling well also make it easy to prepare and refill products behind the main counter.
